Your purchase has two components:

• $47 one-time — instant access to all 4 unlocked courses + AI Writing Assistant + community
• $19/month membership — starts on a 7-day free trial. You pay $0 on the membership for the first 7 days. On day 8, the $19/mo billing begins. Cancel anytime in one click.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on the $47

If within 7 days of your original purchase date you decide the Foundation Pass isn't the right fit, email us and we'll issue a full refund of the $47. No arguments, no complicated forms.

Because the $19/mo membership is on its 7-day free trial during this same window, requesting a refund of the $47 within 7 days means your total cost is $0.

Cancelling the $19/mo membership

The membership is separate from the $47 and is cancellable anytime, regardless of how long you've been a member:

• One-click cancel from your member portal Account page
• Or email us at support@incomeacademy.biz and we'll cancel for you
• If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you pay $0
• If you cancel mid-month after billing has started, your membership remains active through the end of your current billing period (no refund of the partial month, no further charges)

We don't pro-rate partial months. If you've used the membership for 23 days of a 30-day billing cycle, the remaining 7 days remain available to you, and no future charges happen.

How to request a refund of the $47

1. Email support@incomeacademy.biz from the email address you used to purchase
2. Subject line: Refund Request
3. Include your order confirmation or receipt
4. Brief reason (optional but helps us improve)

Refund requests are typically processed within 3 business days. Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

After the 7-day period (on the $47)

After 7 days from the original purchase date, the $47 is non-refundable. The $19/mo membership remains cancellable anytime.

The eBay Reselling Done-With-You program (separate)

The eBay Reselling Done-With-You graduation program is sold separately by application and has its own refund terms, which are discussed during your phone consultation. The Foundation Pass refund policy on this page does not apply to the Done-With-You program.

What's not refundable

• $47 purchases older than 7 days
• $19/mo membership charges already incurred (cancellation stops future charges; doesn't refund past months)
• Any separately-purchased add-ons, upsells, or downsells with their own refund terms (see those terms)
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing login credentials, recording or distributing our content)

Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any issues. Initiating a chargeback with your bank before contacting us may result in a forfeiture of access and may affect future purchase eligibility. We respond to every refund request — there's no need to escalate to your bank.
